FOCUS Coaching Program
Focus Forward Coaching will create a
comprehensive, customized plan that meets your clinic's individual needs.
We will pull from our menu of service options to find the right combination
that moves you efficiently towards the end goal of a passion-filled clinic
with fired-up staff.
We speak in terms of phases, but they can
actually happen simultaneously. You could be just weeks away from
experiencing the clinic of your dreams!
Phase 1: Get you, as leader,
attached back to passion with a focused mission and vision for your
business.
Phase 2: Remove your leadership
short circuits. You will receive individual coaching to transform your
leadership. We'll create customized action steps to help you maximize
the heart to serve when it comes to your patients but minimize it as you
lead your staff. We'll create the thought process that make it

Phase 3: Analysis of current
culture. We will analyze your current culture and create a customized
Report of Findings that includes recommendations for change for every issue
we uncover.
Phase 4: Fired up staff that is
acting as a powerful extension of your passion, mission and vision.
Full focus is on serving your patients. We will begin to engage your
staff in your mission and create a unified, efficient team. This
usually includes at least one team building meeting that is designed
specifically to meet your team's current personality. We may end up
recommending some staff re-organization as well. This may include
terminating some employees who do not choose to join the team. Never
fear, we will help you hire staff members who fit your team well!
Phase 5: Implement and
consistently utilize accountability structures and Human Resource systems
that inspire your staff to achieve and maintain standards of excellence.
We'll add a policy manual if you don't have one or revisit if you haven't
really been using it, assure that you have a good progressive discipline
process, a great performance management system, a solid hiring strategy and
have leaders comfortable using it all. We'll assure that you have good
communication streams, process improvement initiatives and empowered
employees.
Phase 6: Enjoy working in a
high-energy, productive environment where full focus is on your patients.
Spend more time in your area of gifting and less on staff drama,
problem-solving, clean-up. Experience joy, celebrate often and achieve

Forward Coaching will evaluate the current state of your
organization's culture and Human Resource Assets. You will get a
detailed Report of Findings spelling out the specific action steps
required to transform your clinic, your teams and your profits.
Individual Leadership Coaching:
Gain Self-Awareness. Learn who you are as a leader.
Customized and highly-targeted action creates the necessary change to
transform you into a powerful leader. Individual Coaching can be held
in person at my office in Warren, MI, at your location for multiple back to
back sessions, or via phone.

Group Coaching:
For groups of up to 8 individuals who have similar barriers or who are
working towards related outcomes. Group coaching can help improve
individuals but will also benefit a team. Each participant learns from
the others as they experience success. Individual members hold each
other accountable for weekly action steps. Group Coaching sessions can be
held at my office in Warren, MI or your location.

Team Building: Similar to group coaching,
team building focuses more specifically on working
effectively together and will dramatically improve the culture of your
organization. Members learn to respect each other, improve
communication, create better processes, decrease workplace drama and commit
to working from positive assumptions about each other.

problem to have! You may need more formalized policies, a more
effective hiring strategy, consistent discipline, clearer expectations for
staff, or a compensation plan. Implementation goes hand in hand with
education so that your leaders will build the skills they need to take over
the new HR functions - We teach them how to fish!
