Designing a Drama Free Work Zone
Focus Forward Coaching will create a comprehensive, customized plan that meets your company’s individual needs and catapults you towards the end goal of designing a drama free work zone. Or, put another way, a passion-filled business with an efficient, productive team.
We speak in terms of phases, but they can actually happen simultaneously. You could be just weeks away from experiencing the business of your dreams!
Phase 1: Get you, as leader, attached back to passion with a focused mission and vision for your business.
Phase 2: Remove your leadership short circuits. You will receive individual coaching to transform your leadership. We’ll create customized action steps to help you lead your team. Phase 3: Analysis of current culture. We will analyze your current culture and create a customized Report of Findings that includes recommendations for change for every issue we uncover.
Phase 4: Fired up staff that is acting as a powerful extension of your passion, mission and vision. Full focus is on serving your customers. We will begin to engage your staff in your mission and create a unified, efficient team. This usually includes at least one team building meeting that is designed specifically to meet your team’s current personality. We may end up recommending some staff re-organization as well. This may include terminating some employees who do not choose to join the team. Never fear, we will help you hire staff members who fit your team well!
Phase 5: Implement and consistently utilize accountability structures and Human Resource systems that inspire your staff to achieve and maintain standards of excellence. We’ll add a policy manual if you don’t have one or revisit if you haven’t really been using it, assure that you have a good progressive discipline process, a great performance management system, a solid hiring strategy and have leaders comfortable using it all. We’ll assure that you have good communication streams, process improvement initiatives and empowered employees.
Phase 6: Enjoy working in a high-energy, productive environment where full focus is on your customers. Spend more time in your area of gifting and less on staff drama, problem-solving, clean-up. Experience joy, celebrate often and achieve higher profits!
